- Contact and delivery details you provide at checkout or in your account: name, email, mobile number and delivery address.
- Order information: the products you buy, order history and payment status. We never store full card numbers or CVV.
- Account credentials if you register (managed securely by our authentication provider).
- Limited technical data (e.g. cookies used to remember your age confirmation and cart).
How we use it
- To process, fulfil and deliver your orders and provide order tracking.
- To respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
- To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations.
- We do not sell your personal information, and we only share it with parties needed to fulfil your order (for example our courier and payment provider).
Age restriction
Our products are intended for adults 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
